Mankato, Minn. – Viking baseball player Aaron Siefken (Lone Rock, Iowa/Iowa Central CC) has signed with the Northwoods League for the second year in a row joining the Rochester Honkers Baseball Club for the summer.

After the first week of play Siefken has already made two pitching appearances starting one of the games. He leads the Honkers with a 1.29 ERA giving up only one earned run. In his first start Siefken stuck out five batters and walked one in six innings pitched.

Siefken is also being utilized at the plate posting a team high five runs, while being walked 12 times in the first seven games.
